This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to play a key role in supporting regulatory transformation and assurance across UK and international operations.Reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will provide advisory and operational support on regulatory matters, financial crime, sanctions, and compliance monitoring. The role includes responsibility for licensing and regulatory obligations across a global book of business, including SMandCR applications, policy reviews, and regulatory reporting.Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality compliance advice and assuranceManage non-UK regulatory license renewals and reportingLead SMandCR/SMF applications and assessmentsMaintain regulatory returns calendar and policy management systemsSupport financial crime and sanctions processesContribute to Board-level compliance reporting and MIChampion a culture of risk awareness and regulatory excellenceWhat We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience in a Compliance function within the general insurance sectorStrong understanding of second-line functions in financial servicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Conduct Risk, Consumer Duty and SMandCRLegal qualifications (LLB, GDL, LPC) are desirable but not essentialSeniority level
