Location: Wolverhampton | Salary: £30000 - £50000/annum | Type: Permanent | A growing compliance company is looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to support clients with FCA authorisations and ongoing regulatory compliance. This is a client-facing role suited to someone with strong FCA knowledge and hands-on experience managing regulatory applications. Key Responsibilities Manage FCA authorisation applications including SMCR, VOPs and ARs Draft compliance policies, procedures and regulatory documentation Liaise with the FCA and respond to regulatory queries Monitor regulatory changes and provide compliance guidance Manage multiple client relationships and projects Requirements Experience within FCA compliance or a regulated environment Strong understanding of FCA regulations and filings Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities Benefits Hybrid working 20 days holiday + bank holidays Birthday off Private healthcare Pension scheme Ongoing training and progression opportunities
