Compliance Officer - BankingLocation: LondonSalary: 60,000 - 70,000 per annumWorking Pattern: Full-time 5 days in the officeThe OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join an established UK-regulated bank based in the City of London.This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional with a strong background in compliance monitoring, regulatory governance and policy management to join a growing team.Working closely with the Head of Compliance, you will play a key role in supporting the bank''s compliance framework, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and internal policies, procedures and controls remain effective and up to date.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery and ongoing development of the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP), including risk-based monitoring, assurance reviews and control testing.Conduct compliance reviews to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and adherence to regulatory requirements.Draft, review and maintain compliance policies, procedures and governance documentation.Manage the policy inventory, ensuring documents are reviewed, approved and updated within required timelines.Undertake regulatory horizon scanning, assessing the impact of changes to FCA, PRA and other relevant regulatory requirements.Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate regulatory change implementation and policy updates.Support the development and coordination of compliance training programmes.Investigate ..... full job details .....
