This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented compliance professional to play a key role in ensuring that BandD Reside continues to meet its regulatory, legislative and organisational obligations across its housing operations. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring compliance performance, supporting audits and risk management activity, and helping to drive continuous improvement across the organisation. The Role As Compliance Officer, you will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that policies, procedures and operational practices remain compliant with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring compliance with housing regulations, legislation, health and safety requirements, safeguarding standards and data protection obligations. Keeping up to date with regulatory and legislative changes and supporting the organisation in responding proactively.
