We''re looking for a Compliance Contracts Officer to join our dedicated team and play a vital role in delivering landlord compliance across our property portfolio.About the RoleAs a Compliance Contracts Officer, you''ll be at the heart of our compliance operations, ensuring that our homes meet all statutory and regulatory requirements. You will:Oversee the delivery of Fire Safety contracts including Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Door Inspections and other regulatory inspection programmesComplete necessary reports, recordings and administration to improve landlord complianceMonitor and report on all areas of responsibility including potential instances of non-complianceEnsure that works completed relating to compliance are completed and maintained in line with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements and within timescaleSupport the Compliance Contracts Manager in the procurement of services via traditional tenders or frameworksMonitor contract administration with service providers and contractors and assist with managing service provider and contractor performanceResponsible for ..... full job details .....
