This is a good opportunity for someone to work closely with the Compliance Lead, helping to shape the role, make decisions and act independently. This role will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to be part of the growth and join at an exciting time.The role will involve - Work as part of the wider Compliance, Complaints and Quality Assurance team delivering a successful compliance framework that works for the business within an FCA regulated environment.Deliver compliance monitoring reviews, identifying risk, improvement areas and reoccurring themes for address.Provide practical compliance advice across the business. Assist line management with queries, concerns and training requirements.Conduct root cause analysis, evaluating business areas for improvements of processes and controls. Review and approach financial promotions in line with regulatory requirements.Help maintain and improve policies and procedures.Build strong relationships with business areas promoting a positive compliance culture.
