We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Compliance Officer to join the team and support the business in maintaining high standards of regulatory and operational compliance.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in compliance, audit, risk, legal or another regulated environment to develop their career within a supportive and growing business.You will play an important role in ensuring policies, procedures and processes are followed, maintained and continuously improved.Key responsibilities include:Carrying out regular compliance checks, audits and file reviewsIdentifying, investigating and reporting compliance issues or breachesSupporting due diligence and external compliance reviewsMonitoring relevant legislation, FCA requirements and Consumer DutyKeeping up to date with regulatory changes and communicating updatesReviewing and maintaining company policies and proceduresIdentifying and recommending process improvementsSupporting complaints and compliance investigationsMaintaining accurate compliance and training recordsPreparing compliance reports for managementSupporting compliance training and awarenessWorking closely with HR, Operations and Senior ManagementSupporting ad-hoc compliance projects and regulatory requirementsWe are looking ..... full job details .....
