We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Compliance Officer to join the team and support the business in maintaining high standards of regulatory and operational compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in compliance, audit, risk, legal or another regulated environment to develop their career within a supportive and growing business. You will play an important role in ensuring policies, procedures and processes are followed, maintained and continuously improved. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out regular compliance checks, audits and file reviews Identifying, investigating and reporting compliance issues or breaches Supporting due diligence and external compliance reviews Monitoring relevant legislation, FCA requirements and Consumer Duty Keeping up to date with regulatory changes and communicating updates Reviewing and maintaining company policies and procedures Identifying and recommending process improvements Supporting complaints and compliance investigations Maintaining accurate compliance and training records Preparing compliance reports for management Supporting compliance training and awareness Working closely with HR, Operations and Senior Management Supporting ad-hoc compliance projects and regulatory ..... full job details .....
