Compliance Officer

Niyaa people are working with a well-known affordable housing provider in London who are looking for a Compliance Officer to join their team on a Permanent basis with a competitive salary with hybrid working.

Responsibilities of the Compliance officer role:

• Reviewing and checking certificates
• Liaising with external suppliers
• Completing fire risk assessments
• Supporting the technical compliance team

Key skills needed for a Compliance Officer:

• Strong background within compliance
• Previous private property experience
• Experience within fire safety or within fire risk assessments
