This is a hands-on compliance role responsible for helping ensure the Council''s property portfolio meets statutory, regulatory and corporate requirements. You will undertake technical inspections, identify and escalate compliance risks and support remedial works across a range of building safety systems. Key Responsibilities: Undertake scheduled compliance inspections covering Legionella, asbestos, fire systems, emergency egress and MandE plant Identify areas of non-compliance and raise appropriate remedial actions through CAFM systems Take appropriate action where life-safety systems are compromised Produce accurate compliance documentation and maintain high standards of record keeping Maintain the integrity of compliance information held within CAFM systems Carry out minor repairs and adjustments where required Support planned, reactive and remedial wor...
