The role supports continuity planning, engages with stakeholders, and helps prepare the business for disruption, with scope to develop skills in a fast-evolving area.Responsibilities

Support the implementation and maintenance of business continuity plans across the organization.Assist in conducting risk assessments and identifying potential threats to operations.Coordinate mitigation strategies and ensure documentation is up to date.Work with key stakeholders to ensure continuity plans are clearly communicated and understood.Support the scheduling and execution of regular testing and reviews of continuity plans.Monitor industry developments and best practices in business continuity and compliance.Maintain records and documentation to support audit and regulatory requirements.Assist in delivering training and awareness sessions to ensure teams are prepared for disruption.Location: Nuneaton; hybrid working with minimum 2 days in the office. Occasional travel to other locations may be required.The Person – What You’ll Bring

Some experience or exposure to business continuity, risk, compliance, or operational resilience.Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.Self-motivated and eager to learn.Familiarity with business continuity frameworks or standards is a plus; experience in retail or a fast-paced commercial environment is desirable.What We Offer
