Ensure servicing, inspections and remedial works are completed within required timescales. Liaise with contractors, tenants and internal departments to coordinate compliance activities. Maintain accurate compliance records, certification and reporting systems. Support audits and ensure adherence to housing regulations and health & safety legislation.
