You will conduct on-site inspections, audit asset data, and ensure all properties strictly comply with the Regulator of Social Housing standards, building codes, and safety legislation. Key Responsibilities Conduct rigorous, physical compliance inspections of residential properties during onboarding phases and routine cycles. Assess properties for hazards across gas, electricity, fire safety, asbestos, and water systems under the Housing Health & Safety Rating System. Audit property documentation to ensure full alignment with social housing regulations and local authority requirements. Compliance & Records Management Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of evolving housing legislation, building codes, and safety policies.
