Job Title: Compliance OfficerLocation: ChesterfieldSalary: 30,000 - 32,000 per annumOur client is seeking an organised and detail focused Compliance Officer to join their Sustainability and Compliance Team. This is an exciting new role within a well-established national organisation offering multi-site exposure and a real opportunity to shape compliance standards and drive continuous improvement!About the Role:Support and conduct audits in line with ISO standards and company policies.Accurately record findings and help identify corrective actions and opportunities for improvement.Assist in communicating compliance requirements and guidance to teams.Support Health and Safety risk assessments and compliance inspections.Assist with incident investigations and follow-up actions.Help develop and maintain compliance procedures and documentation.Support the company''s compliance improvement plan focusing on HandS, Quality, and Environmental objectives.Assist with the rollout and ongoing improvement of the Compliance Management Platform.The ideal candidate will possess:A genuine interest in Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance.An awareness of basic Health and Safety and Environmental requirements, with a willingness to learn.Excellent organisational skills and a reliable approach to managing a varied workload.Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels.A keen eye for detail to maintain accurate records and ..... full job details .....
