Working closely with contractors, operational teams and senior stakeholders, you will ensure compliance programmes are effectively managed, monitored and delivered in line with legislative and regulatory requirements. This role offers responsibility across key compliance areas including gas, electrical, fire safety, asbestos, water hygiene and lift safety, alongside contractor management, compliance reporting and service improvement activities. Key Responsibilities Manage statutory compliance programmes and ensure all inspections, servicing, certification and remedial works are completed on time.
