Compliance Manager Day Rate: 450 - 500 per day (Umbrella) Working Pattern: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead statutory and regulatory compliance across a diverse property portfolio. You will act as the subject matter expert for property compliance, ensuring all statutory obligations are met while maintaining robust governance, reporting and assurance processes. Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual compliance. Develop and improve compliance reporting systems and processes. Maintain accurate compliance records and audit readiness. Provide advice and assurance to senior management on compliance risks. Lead and develop a small compliance team.
