Compliance Manager

Sapien are looking for a Compliance, Data and Sustainability Manager to take ownership of quality, compliance, health and safety, sustainability and product data across the business. This is a broad role for someone who enjoys improving processes, managing data, maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems and support internal/external audits. Lead quality, health and safety and environmental improvement activities. Manage product compliance, including CE, UKCA and California Proposition 65 (Prop 65). Own and maintain the PIM/product data systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Manage product, technical and regulatory data across PIM, ERP and other business systems. Develop KPIs, reports and dashboards to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across the business. Investigate quality issues, incidents and root causes and ensure corrective actions are completed. Monitor changes to legislation and ensure the business remains compliant. Manage supplier compliance and support supplier audits where required. Experience Needed Experience in quality, compliance, technical, manufacturing, sustainability or product data. Strong experience with ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
