Compliance Manager

SCUK Compliance Manager Country: United Kingdom Santander Consumer Finance (SCUK) is one of the UK''s Leading Motor Finance companies and we are currently looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Regulatory Control team, working on a hybrid basis in Redhill, Surrey (with at least 3 days a week in the office). In this role you will be responsible for the oversight and management of second line of defence compliance activities across the business, including regulatory compliance, conduct risk, financial crime compliance, data protection, reputational risk, customer outcomes, and risk and control frameworks. You will provide general compliance expertise, oversight, challenge and guidance across key compliance risk areas including financial crime, conduct risk, consumer duty, vulnerable customers, data protection and governance. The role is also responsible for supporting the development and implementation of compliance strategies, risk frameworks, monitoring activities, reporting and management information, whilst promoting a strong compliance culture across the organisation.
