Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to meet regulatory standards.Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.Monitor and report on compliance risks to senior management.Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters.Ensure accurate and timely reporting to regulatory bodies.Collaborate with internal departments to address risk and assurance concerns.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services regulations.Support audits and inspections conducted by external regulatory authorities.The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Manager - Risk and Assurance should have:Proven experience in risk and compliance within the financial services industry.A strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Relevant professional qualifications in compliance or risk management are advantageous.What''s on Offer
