Compliance Manager

Location: Epsom (Office-based)Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pmPay Rate: £20.50 PAYE or £26.84 UmbrellaAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team on a 6-month temporary basis. This role will be responsible for ensuring the organisation maintains regulatory compliance, manages risk effectively, and adheres to internal policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage compliance processes across the businessEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policiesConduct audits and reviews to identify compliance risksMaintain accurate compliance records and documentationProvide guidance and support to internal teams on compliance mattersMonitor and update policies in line with current regulationsInvestigate and resolve compliance issuesRequirementsProven experience in a compliance-focused roleStrong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practicesExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to analyse risk and implement effective controlsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAdditional Information6-month temporary assignmentOn-site parking ..... full job details .....
