Position: Compliance ManagerLocation: Redhill (On-site)Salary: 55,000 - 60,000Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, flexible between 08:00-18:00)About the business: We are working with a well-established premium custom carton manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Compliance Manager to take ownership of their Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance function at site level.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with systems, driving continuous improvement, and playing a key role in shaping compliance, sustainability, and safety performance across a busy production environment.Purpose of the role: Reporting to the Site Director, you will lead the site''s HSCE function and manage a small team of two direct reports.
