Compliance ManagerLocation: Willenhall, West MidlandsSalary: £40,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmJob Type: Permanent, Full TimeAbout the OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining and developing quality and compliance systems, ensuring the business continues to operate to the highest industry standards.Working across multiple sites, you will take ownership of quality management systems, lead internal and external audits, and drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.This role would suit someone with previous experience managing BRCGS and ISO standards within a manufacturing or production environment who enjoys working collaboratively with different departments to maintain exceptional quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain BRCGS, ISO and FSC accreditation across the business.Ensure all quality systems, policies and procedures remain compliant with current legislation and industry standards.Keep all compliance documentation accurate, up to date and audit ready.Support and mentor the Quality Officer, providing day-to-day guidance where required.Plan and conduct internal audits across BRCGS, ISO and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.Lead customer, regulatory and third-party audits.Investigate non-conformances, carry out root cause analysis and implement ..... full job details .....
