Compliance Manager - PAS2030

A global, property business is seeking a Compliance Manager – Sustainability, to lead PAS2030 compliance; you will be based in St Albans, but need to be willing to travel across southern England to client sites.Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description. Reporting into the Head of Sustainability, you will work on a hybrid basis and will ensure full compliance for residential retrofit projects, managing PAS2030 and PAS2035 adherence, oversee auditing, reporting and documentation management.Duties will include:Deliver full PAS2030 compliance and fulfilment of industry regulations.Manage internal and external auditing processes.Maintenance of national accreditations.Ensure all documentation is correctly filed in relation to installation of Energy Efficiency measures to meet PAS 2030 standards.Stakeholder and 3rd party supplier management to support effective delivery of projects.Maintenance of industry regulations, trends and relevant knowledge.Candidates MUST have:Experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 knowledge.Full Driving Licence and ability to regularly travel to client sites.Demonstrable ability to rapidly learn new processes and working procedures.Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a collaborative working environment.Good reporting skills, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver work to strict deadlines.Desirable are:Management experience in a matrix or line management capacity.Pas 2030, PAS 2035, MCS certification or other energy efficiency standards.This is a wonderful opportunity to join a progressive and growing business, with great career progression and hybrid working patterns.
