Compliance ManagerNorth London 450- 500 per day 6-Month Initial ContractWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a leading housing organisation in North London on an initial 6-month contract.This is a key role within the Compliance Team, responsible for ensuring statutory compliance and health and safety obligations are met across residential properties and neighbourhoods.Key ResponsibilitiesManage compliance programmes including: Gas SafetyElectrical SafetyFire SafetyWater Hygiene / LegionellaLiftsAsbestosBuilding SafetyOversee contractor performance and ensure service delivery meets KPIsMaintain accurate compliance records and support audit readinessMonitor compliance performance data and drive continuous improvementSupport reporting, forecasting, and budget monitoringBuild effective relationships with residents, contractors, internal teams, and auditorsManage risk and respond to urgent compliance issues where requiredRequirementsProven compliance management experience within housing, property, or asset managementStrong understanding of statutory compliance and building safety regulationsExperience managing contractors and compliance dataExcellent organisational and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing prioritiesTo apply or discuss the role further, please get in touch. ..... full job details .....
