This role offers the chance to play a key part in maintaining a strong compliance culture while ensuring adherence to FCA, PRA and wider regulatory requirements across UK Retail and Corporate Banking operations. As Compliance Manager, you will provide expert regulatory guidance to business stakeholders, oversee regulatory reporting, support regulatory change initiatives, conduct horizon scanning, and assist in delivering the annual Compliance Plan.
