Compliance Manager (Electrical and Gas)About the RoleMMP Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of a leading social housing contractor for an experienced Compliance Manager (Electrical and Gas) to join their team in South West London.Working closely with senior leadership teams, client representatives, and specialist contractors, you will take ownership of the delivery and performance of electrical and gas compliance services across a large housing contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional with a strong background in social housing to drive operational excellence, strengthen governance, and ensure statutory obligations are consistently achieved. Location: South West London Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Key ResponsibilitiesLead the operational management of electrical and gas compliance activities across the contract.Review, develop, and strengthen compliance governance processes and controls.Monitor contractor performance against agreed KPIs and service level standards.Manage key subcontractor relationships, ensuring accountability for performance and compliance.Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliance requirements are achieved and maintained.Review reporting processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Drive consistency across management information and compliance reporting frameworks.Analyse performance data and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.Conduct audits and reviews ..... full job details .....
