They are committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ensuring smooth operations across their business.DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Compliance and Governance Maintain compliance framework covering: Data protection (UK GDPR, DPA, PECR) Consumer protection (DMCCA) Advertising compliance (ASA/CAP) Fraud prevention requirements Ensure business practices, policies, and customer interactions meet regulatory standards Provide clear, commercially minded, pragmatic compliance guidancePrivacy and Data ProtectionOwn the organisation''s data protection framework and policiesEnsure all uses of personal data are lawful, transparent, and compliant Oversee Subject Access Requests (SARs), law enforcement data requests and data breach reporting Advise on privacy risks across business and marketing activityConsumer Protection and Marketing Compliance Ensure compliance with DMCCA and ASA/CAP Code Provide commercial oversight of customer and marketing activity Support resolution of customer queries and complaintsFraud Prevention and RiskWork with the fraud team to protect customers, suppliers, and the businessEnsure controls are effective, proportionate and aligned to evolving threatsRegulatory Engagement Manage relationships with ..... full job details .....
