Compliance Engineer - 4 Days on site Salary - Up to £60,000 Permanent An established and growing organisation is seeking a Compliance Engineer to support and strengthen its approach to quality, environmental, health and safety and wider regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced and highly organised compliance professional to take increasing ownership of the organisation''s management systems and regulatory obligations. The role will work across multiple areas of the business, helping to ensure standards are maintained, risks are identified and compliance requirements are embedded effectively. The successful individual will be highly detail-oriented, structured and proactive, with the confidence to work independently while engaging with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and support internal and external audits in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Maintain, review and continually improve the organisation''s management systems, processes and compliance framework. Monitor changes to relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards and assess their implications for the business. Provide practical advice and guidance to colleagues on regulatory and legislative compliance requirements. Ensure compliance documentation, records, procedures and supporting evidence are accurate, current and appropriately maintained.
