Location: Dartford, Kent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Industry: Construction / Specialist Subcontracting About the Role Keyman Personnel is recruiting on behalf of an established construction contractor seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant / Compliance Manager to join their team based in Dartford. This is a varied and responsible position combining compliance management, business administration and executive support to the company''s Directors. The successful candidate will oversee the company''s ISO management systems, industry accreditations, workforce compliance and internal administrative processes, ensuring the business continues to operate efficiently and in accordance with relevant standards. The position will involve working closely with senior management, operational teams and external stakeholders, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of responsibilities and improving business processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company''s ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. Coordinate internal and external compliance audits, including certification renewals and corrective actions. Maintain construction industry accreditations, including CHAS, SMAS, Constructionline and other SSIP schemes.
