Compliance Manager
Karter Thomas Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead the delivery of landlord health and safety compliance across a diverse residential property portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional with a strong background in social housing, property services, or asset management to take ownership of critical statutory compliance functions while leading a dedicated team and managing key contractor relationships. The Role You will be responsible for ensuring that all landlord health and safety obligations are effectively managed and delivered. You will lead a team of Compliance Officers and work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure the organisation remains fully compliant with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements. You will play a pivotal role in driving service excellence, continuous improvement, and customer-focused compliance delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the organisation''s landlord health and safety compliance functions.
