You will be responsible for overseeing the full range of asset compliance including fire safety, gas, electric and legionella testing as well as be involved in embedding best practice and risk management. This role also combines compliance with managing our clients technical contracts; therefore, you will also lead a team in overseeing responsive repairs and a planned programmes, whilst ensuring the safety and satisfaction of their customers at all times.
