Compliance Manager - Housing (Permanent)

Salary: Up to 52,700 per annum + excellent benefits Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)Job Purpose:As Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation meets all statutory landlord compliance obligations across its housing stock. You will provide leadership and oversight of compliance programmes, ensuring all statutory testing, certification, and health and safety requirements are met. This includes areas such as gas safety, water hygiene, asbestos, electrical safety, fire safety, and lifts/LOLER. This role is critical in protecting residents, managing organisational risk, and maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance.
