Compliance Manager (Hard FM)

I''m currently recruiting a Compliance Manager for Mitie on their healthcare contract. It''s a hybrid position with around 2 days per week across London sites.The role will take ownership of Hard FM compliance across the contract, including:Statutory inspections, testing and certificationPPM and reactive SLA complianceHard FM compliance calendarsHTM, HSE and legislative complianceContractor audits, permits, RAMS and qualificationsHelpdesk performance and processesIdentifying overdue works, defects and compliance gapsManaging corrective actions through to completionSupporting the contract team against key performance indicators They''re looking for someone with a solid FM compliance / technical compliance background, ideally from healthcare or another regulated environment.
