Compliance Manager We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established housing association for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead the delivery, assurance and continuous improvement of statutory compliance across a diverse residential portfolio.Reporting to the Head of Fire and Compliance, the Compliance Manager will provide operational leadership across all key compliance areas, including fire safety, asbestos, gas, electrical, legionella and water hygiene, lifts and mechanical systems. The role is responsible for ensuring that all properties remain safe, fully compliant and aligned with statutory, regulatory and organisational requirements.The postholder will lead a team of Compliance Coordinators and specialist compliance staff, overseeing contractor performance, compliance programmes, quality assurance and regulatory reporting. They will ensure that servicing, inspections, remedial works and planned compliance programmes are delivered on time, to the required standard and in accordance with relevant legislation and best practice.A key aspect of the role is providing assurance to senior leadership through performance reporting, compliance audits and risk management.
