Compliance Manager London Hybrid (3 days in office) We''re working with a well-established full service city firm that''s looking to bring on board an experienced Compliance Manager to take ownership of day-to-day regulatory compliance. This is a key, hands-on role within the business, offering real influence, senior stakeholder exposure, and a clear path to assuming MLCO / MLRO responsibilities.The Role?You''ll act as a trusted compliance partner to senior management, ensuring the firm operates in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practice.Own and manage day-to-day compliance across the firmEnsure adherence to SRA Standards and Regulations, AML legislation, and Data Protection (UK GDPR)Support the firm''s COLP and senior leadership teamAct as the go-to point of contact for compliance queriesDevelop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and proceduresDeliver compliance and regulatory training to staffMonitor regulatory developments and implement changes proactivelyConduct file reviews, internal audits, and risk assessmentsMaintain compliance registers and prepare management reportsStep into MLCO / MLRO responsibilities About you?Proven experience in a Compliance Officer / Compliance Manager role within a legal practiceStrong, practical knowledge of SRA regulationsSolid understanding of AML frameworks and proceduresComprehensive knowledge of Data Protection / UK GDPRExperience delivering compliance trainingConfidence managing regulatory risk and ..... full job details .....
