Hartrigg Oaks, New Earswick - with frequent travel to all care services locations6 Month Fixed Term ContractFull Time (35 hours per week)About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee and enhance the quality and compliance of our care services. The successful candidate will coordinate the annual audit and quality assurance schedule in collaboration with service managers and senior leadership, undertaking pre-audit research, data analysis and audit preparation to identify areas for improvement. You will carry out audits in line with regulatory, contractual, and organisational standards, recording and reporting findings, producing action plans, and monitoring their completion.A key aspect of the role is identifying training needs through audit outcomes and liaising with the Learning and Development team to implement solutions. You will escalate non-compliance risks and safeguarding concerns promptly, support managers during regulatory inspections and visits, and contribute to service improvement initiatives. The role includes developing systems to monitor performance, promoting best practice across services, creating and delivering workshops, and providing expert advice to managers on quality assurance processes.You will also ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping, including file audits and reporting to senior leadership, committees and boards, while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
