The successful candidate will coordinate the annual audit and quality assurance schedule in collaboration with service managers and senior leadership, undertaking pre-audit research, data analysis and audit preparation to identify areas for improvement. You will carry out audits in line with regulatory, contractual, and organisational standards, recording and reporting findings, producing action plans, and monitoring their completion. A key aspect of the role is identifying training needs through audit outcomes and liaising with the Learning and Development team to implement solutions.
