Compliance Manager needed in Gosport Paying £389.84 per day ref Full time hours on a temporary basisKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the organisation''s compliance function, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures.Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks, policies, and controls.Conduct compliance audits, inspections, and reviews to identify areas of risk and improvement.Investigate compliance breaches, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.Maintain compliance records and provide regular reports to senior management.Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organisational policies and practices remain up to date.Work closely with operational managers to promote best practice and embed a culture of compliance.Manage risk registers and support organisational risk management activities.Oversee mandatory compliance training and awareness programmes.Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to quoting the reference number.
