To undertake the role of supervising officer/contract administrator/contracts manager (depending upon form of contract) in relation to managing contracts with mechanical and electrical, works and service contracts. Provide strategic direction and risk management accountability for compliance on the portfolios assigned to the post holder. The compliance portfolios will be assigned to each post holder from the following list: Electrical equipment Domestic Electrical wiring testing Communal Electrical wiring testing Carbon reduction compliance Lightning Protection Automatic Barriers and Gates Passenger Lifts and stair lifts Lifting Equipment Lightning Protection Automatic Gates / Barriers Access Control (Door Entry) Health and Safety Inc.
