Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Compliance Manager to lead the operational delivery of statutory compliance across a social housing portfolio of approximately 8,000 homes. Reporting to the Fire Safety and Compliance Manager, the role will be responsible for ensuring that all landlord compliance obligations, excluding fire safety, are effectively managed, delivered and evidenced. Key areas of responsibility include gas safety, electrical safety, water hygiene, asbestos management, lifts and lifting equipment (LOLER). The successful candidate will lead a team of specialist compliance officers and managers, ensuring that inspections, servicing, remedial works and certification are completed in line with statutory requirements and within the required timescales. The role will also focus on driving performance, strengthening contractor management, and improving compliance data, systems and reporting across all relevant areas.
