You''ll be at the heart of technical operations, leading internal audits, ensuring certification and customer compliance, and driving operational improvements across the business.

• Lead root cause investigations and drive continuous improvement through effective corrective actions.

• Own internal audit programs and ensure alignment with customer specifications, certifications (e.g., BRCGS), and external audit standards.

• Support the Head of Technical on key projects and act as their deputy when needed.

• Be an active voice in the HACCP team and other cross-departmental working groups.

• Help develop, implement, and improve food safety and quality management system.

• Report on technical risks, KPIs, and compliance performance with clarity and confidence.

• Formal qualifications in auditing or quality management systems.

• HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 3 certifications.

• Experience supporting or leading BRCGS audits.

• 3+ years'' experience in the fresh produce sector or related food industry.

• Sharp eye for detail, great communication skills, and the ability to lead by example.
