Reporting to the Operations Director, this is a key permanent appointment with responsibility for ensuring products, processes and systems continue to meet relevant regulatory, legislative and certification requirements. You will work across technical and operational teams, providing practical compliance leadership while protecting product integrity and supporting future growth. The Opportunity: As a Compliance Manager you ll play a key role in: Leading compliance with relevant regulations, legislation, technical standards, certification schemes and third-party approvals. Maintaining product compliance throughout design, manufacture, certification and the wider product lifecycle. Managing relationships with certification bodies, testing organisations, auditors and other external technical partners. Reviewing engineering and product changes to ensure regulatory and certification requirements remain fully considered. Monitoring changes to legislation, standards and industry guidance, assessing business impact and coordinating appropriate actions.
