This role will take the lead on statutory property compliance across a diverse corporate estate, ensuring the council meets all regulatory and legislative obligations while driving continuous improvement in compliance management and governance. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, Maintenance and Facilities Management, you will manage a small team of Compliance Officers and oversee specialist contractors delivering compliance inspections, testing and remedial works across the property portfolio.
