Compliance Manager
Keeping a business audit-ready, legally aligned and ahead of changing environmental requirements takes someone who can turn complex standards into practical action. As a Compliance Manager, you''ll take ownership of a broad remit spanning management systems, accreditations, environmental legislation, insurance, ESG and health and safety support. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you''ll have the scope to influence how standards are maintained across the business. From ISO and BRCGS through to packaging legislation and carbon-neutrality initiatives, your work will have a visible impact across multiple departments. What''s in it for you Salary of £45,000-£48,000. Direct reporting line to the Chief Financial Officer, giving you exposure to senior-level decision-making. A varied remit covering quality, environmental, regulatory, ESG, insurance and health and safety activities. Ownership of recognised accreditations including ISO, FSC, BRCGS, EcoVadis and FORS. The opportunity to contribute to the organisation''s journey towards carbon neutrality. Scope to improve systems and processes rather than simply maintain existing procedures.
