Compliance Manager

ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 Manchester Full-time, Monday-Friday A senior, hands-on opportunity to lead the implementation and continual improvement of an integrated management system across quality, environmental and occupational health and safety standards. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will have the remit to assess the current position, build a clear implementation plan and embed an integrated approach to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. You will combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach: strengthening processes, preparing the business for certification and helping teams understand the part they play in maintaining high standards. What would make you a perfect fit? You will already have experience operating at Compliance Manager, QHSE Manager, IMS Manager or senior advisor level. You will be confident leading management-system implementation and improvement, influencing stakeholders and keeping momentum across several workstreams.
