Compliance Maintenance Officer

Due to continued investment in their estates and compliance function, they are seeking a Compliance Maintenance Officer to support the delivery of statutory compliance and maintenance programmes across their estate.Your new role As a Compliance Maintenance Officer, you will support the planning, scheduling, delivery, and monitoring of statutory maintenance and compliance activities across a varied estate. Working closely with senior estates and compliance professionals, internal stakeholders, and external contractors, you will help ensure all statutory obligations are met and maintained to the highest standards.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), statutory inspections, testing programmes, and compliance activities.Assisting with compliance across fire safety, water hygiene, electrical safety, gas safety, lifts, asbestos, pressure systems, and access equipment.Maintaining compliance records, certification, and reporting systems, ensuring accurate audit trails.Monitoring contractor performance and supporting service delivery reviews.Producing compliance reports, KPI data, and management information for senior stakeholders.Working alongside Health ..... full job details .....
