Compliance LeadCheshire, Hybrid Working£35,000 - £45,000 + Excellent BenefitsSellick Partnership is currently partnered with a fast-growing technology business to recruit a Compliance Lead on a permanent basis.This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation specialising in external workforce management, helping businesses manage the compliance and risk associated with contractors, consultants, agencies, and other external workers.The role will focus heavily on IR35, employment status and worker classification, with the successful candidate acting as a key point of contact for clients. The business uses AI technology to support the assessment process, meaning you will provide the technical oversight, sense-check assessments and advise clients on the appropriate approach.The Compliance Lead will be responsible for:Acting as a subject matter expert on IR35, off-payroll working and employment statusReviewing and overseeing AI-supported worker classification and IR35 assessmentsProviding clear, practical advice to clients on assessment outcomes and compliance requirementsManaging day-to-day client relationships and supporting clients through onboarding and BAUReviewing and drafting contracts and service agreements where requiredSupporting the continued development of the platform through client feedback and market insightHelping clients identify and manage wider workforce compliance risksRepresenting the business in client meetings, training sessions and ..... full job details .....
