Compliance Lead
Are you passionate about ensuring compliance and operational excellence in the care sector? Our client, a well-respected family-owned group, is seeking a part-time Compliance Lead to oversee operations across three residential care homes and an independent day service facility. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards and values that the company is known for. Annual salary of 50,000 pro-rata (please note this would be 25,000 for 20 hours work)Based in the picturesque town of CromerFlexible workingEnjoy 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata)The Role: As a Compliance Lead, your role will include: Developing and maintaining policies and procedures for operational activitiesPromoting the services of the 3 learning disability care homesEnsuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practicesSupporting management in recruitment and staff developmentOverseeing quality assurance processes and managing formal complaintsEnsuring CQC compliance is achievedCollaborating with directors on strategic planning and decision-makingThe Candidate: The ideal Compliance Lead will have: Proven success in an operations management role within the care sectorStrong organisational and project management skillsExperience in human resources and conflict managementA level 4/5 leadership and management diploma or equivalentA full UK driver''s licenceExcellent communication and decision-making skillsThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamOur client is a ..... full job details .....
