This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to UK legislation, Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Standards and Regulations, professional conduct rules, ethical obligations, data protection requirements, and internal policies. The successful candidate will support lawyers and staff in managing risk and maintaining best practice across the firm.The primary focus of this position is analysing performance data and trends to identify areas for improvement across the business, maximising efficiency and profitability.
