This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer or Engineering Supervisor looking to move away from a predominantly hands-on role into a position with greater ownership, responsibility and influence. Working closely with the Engineering Manager and Senior Leadership Team, the Maintenance Compliance Engineer will play a vital role in maintaining engineering compliance, supporting operational excellence and helping to drive continuous improvement across a busy manufacturing site.
